Absolutely love the Attar!

Nice scents, some delivery issues

I ordered the Discovery Set to try a few things. The scents themselves are lovely, very natural and unique compared to what you find in most stores. The Sandalwood and Oud Perfume were my favorites, really long-lasting. However, shipping took closer to 10 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit slow for a domestic order. The packaging was secure, though. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was good. Overall, I think the products offer good value, but they could improve on shipping times.

I'm on the East Coast too, and it was maybe 10-14 days. If you do a prepaid order, I think shipping is free too, so that's a bonus.

Are the attars really alcohol-free? Some 'natural' brands still sneak it in. Want to make sure before buying.

Yep, can confirm. My Jasmine Attar doesn't have any alcohol, which is great because I get skin irritation from it usually. Totally fine with this.

They're definitely alcohol-free. That's one of the main reasons I started buying from them over other brands. It's a key feature for traditional attars.

Returns are pretty easy, just reach out to their customer service. I returned a mist once cause it wasn't for me, no issues.

I think as long as it's within their policy timeframe and unused/mostly full, it's straightforward. I haven't done a return myself but their customer service is usually pretty responsive for other questions.

How do these compare to like, Forest Essentials? I've used their stuff before but Itari Botanicals keeps popping up on my feed.

Itari Botanicals is more unique, I think. Forest Essentials is good, but Itari feels more handcrafted and the scents are a bit more complex, less 'mainstream'. For me, they last longer too.

I'd say Itari is a step up in terms of complexity and staying power. Forest Essentials is nice for a lighter, everyday vibe, but Itari's EDPs and attars have more depth and feel more luxurious. Definitely try a sample kit to compare!

Nah, usually you can't stack discounts with their combo offers or bundles. Tried it once, didn't work. It's either one or the other.

I don't think so. Most places, especially with those 'buy X get Y free' deals, don't let you add another promo code on top. The first order discount usually applies to full-price stuff.
